Client: Haridus- ja Teadusministeerium

Period: 2013-2015

This analysis, based on the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC), looks at the following:

• what factors determine high or low information processing skills, and
• how well do adults with high or low information processing skills cope socio-economically and what is their level of wellbeing

The project was carried out in cooperation with Praxis Centre for Policy Studies and the client of the project was the Ministry of Education and Science.
