Therefore adults who wish to continue their studies should be supported as much as possible. The present study focused on how to better support adults in Estonia who wish to or have returned to secondary education.<br \/>\nThe study involved analysis of current legislation and support measures provided in schools and municipalities. A survey was conducted among adults without upper or lower secondary education and their perceived barriers and preconditions for returning to school were identified.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u201d1\/2\u2033][vc_column_text]The report also includes a chapter on best practices of supporting adult learners from North-America and Europe.
