The challenge<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> Some<\/span> people<\/span> are <\/span>more<\/span> vulnerable<\/span> than<\/span> others<\/span> in <\/span>the<\/span> labour<\/span> market (<\/span>e.g<\/span>. <\/span>people<\/span> with<\/span> disabilities<\/span> and <\/span>their<\/span> carers<\/span>, <\/span>young<\/span> people<\/span> up<\/span> to<\/span> the<\/span> age<\/span> of 24 <\/span>or<\/span> pre-retirement<\/span>, <\/span>people<\/span> who<\/span> do <\/span>not<\/span> speak<\/span> Estonian <\/span>or<\/span> the<\/span> long<\/span>-term <\/span>unemployed<\/span>, etc.). <\/span> Promoting labor market <\/span>inclusion<\/span> of <\/span>vulnerable<\/span> groups<\/span> is<\/span> not<\/span> only<\/span> about<\/span> inclusion<\/span> of <\/span>vulnerable<\/span> groups<\/span> who<\/span> are <\/span>still<\/span> outside<\/span> the<\/span> labour<\/span> market. <\/span>SYNCLUSIVE\u2019s<\/span> vision<\/span> is<\/span> that<\/span> stimulating<\/span> labour<\/span> market <\/span>mobility<\/span> of <\/span>current<\/span> employees<\/span> in <\/span>organisations<\/span> creates<\/span> traction<\/span> for<\/span> inclusion<\/span> of <\/span>vulnerable<\/span> job<\/span> seekers<\/span> in <\/span>the<\/span> regional<\/span> labour<\/span> market.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]SYNCLUSIVE will set up Living Labs in the Netherlands, Finland, Portugal, and Bulgaria.\u00a0 In these labs, drivers of and barriers to labour market mobility are <\/span>identified<\/span> and an integrated package of interventions is implemented to <\/span>facilitate<\/span> for both upward and sideward mobility of employees and the inflow of vulnerable groups. <\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Centar participates in the project in a reflecting role, assessing how the living lab approach and the solutions that are being tested in four countries could be transferred to the Estonian context.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
