Epp received her PhD in economics from the University of Tartu in 2010. From day one, Epp’s role in Centar has been one to ensure that the team that thrives on exciting new projects doesn’t forget to deliver the results in a timely and correct manner. In addition to the everyday running of the company, Epp also makes time to lead research projects as well as get involved as a researcher. Epp’s main areas of expertise are labour relations, labour market and social protection. Some of the projects Epp has been involved in are the analysis of collective labour relations in Estonia, the analysis of inclusive education of special needs students and the cost of HIV to state budget.
